For those who would like a professional consultant to plan the wedding from A to Z. Although the couple makes ALL decisions about their wedding plans, the consultant handles all of the minute details. Tailor-made for busy professionals, full-time students, long-distance weddings or anyone looking to relieve the stress related to planning a fabulous wedding.
Includes the following:
Meet with consultant to discuss the couple’s desires, preferences and priorities.
Detailed planning timetables.
Reminder Service (to keep you on task and on time with your installment payments)
Budget and planning timetables
Research (on favors, accessories, traditions, etc.)
Assistance with all of the details, details, details!!!
Consultant will schedule appointments for couple to interview the vendors, one category at a time, to continue until a satisfactory vendor is selected.
Consultant attendance at vendor interviews and review of contracts (if desired)
Payment schedule and distribution of checks to vendors
Suggestions and management of all details the couple desires, large to minute (unique to each wedding)
Wedding “Wedsite” (see "Wedding Websites")
RSVP service for up to 200 guests (We do all of the tracking for you, including us making personal phone calls to anyone who does not respond.)
All vendors will be confirmed one-two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Consultant will compose and distribute, upon your approval, a Wedding Itinerary to all vendors detailing exactly what is expected of them, as well as a Wedding Party Itinerary to all participants.
Coordinate all aspects of the rehearsal (two hours).
Coordinate ceremony and all vendors on wedding day.
Coordinate all aspects of reception.
Assist with last-minute details prior to the wedding as well as unexpected events at wedding. (Our ‘emergency kit’ can cure just about anything!)
