For those who have planned their own wedding, yet want a professional to guide them through the final stages and ensure a successful wedding weekend. Gives the couple a much needed stress relief knowing that the finishing touches of their special day are in capable hands.
Includes the following:
Meet with consultant approximately four weeks before the wedding date to:
Collect all signed vendor contracts (required!).
Discuss minute details of how YOU want the YOUR wedding to flow.
Discuss the couple’s desires, preferences and priorities.
All vendors will be confirmed one-two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Consultant will compose and distribute, upon your approval, a Wedding Itinerary to all vendors detailing exactly what is expected of them, as well as a Wedding Party Itinerary to all participants.
Coordinate all aspects of the rehearsal (two hours).
Coordinate ceremony and all vendors on wedding day.
Coordinate all aspects of reception.
Assist with last-minute details & unexpected events at wedding. (Our ‘emergency kit’ can cure just about anything!)
